The Challenge
What Did We Do?
Thunderbolt started by creating a strong brand identity for EchoMed. When doing competitive research, we noticed that there was a lot of ‘NHS’ blue, selling to GPs. But a heart scan can be scary, so we realised that there was a way to disrupt the marketplace. We needed to get the message across, but in a way that wasn’t daunting to the privately funded, end user.
It needed a warmer, more friendly approach to design. We crafted a personalised logo, incorporating the ECG, a heartbeat and the heart itself, as well as a brand guidelines that represented their vision and mission.
We then designed a modern and user-friendly website that featured a clean layout, intuitive navigation, and informative content that explained the clinic’s services and benefits. To reach a diverse audience, we combined pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, SEO, and social media marketing into a multi-platform healthcare marketing strategy.
The Results
In less than nine months, Thunderbolt’s efforts helped EchoMed achieve outstanding results. The website and social media campaigns generated a significant amount of traffic and leads, resulting in bookings through PPC advertising.
